Every settlement gives something back.

 The Community Investment Program turns everyday property settlements across Boyne Island, Tannum Sands and Gladstone into direct, ongoing support for the local causes that matter most to our community.

Giving that's built in, not bolted on

For years our community support happened ad hoc: a donation here, a sponsorship there, whenever the moment felt right. It did some good, but it was hard to track and easy to forget.

The Community Investment Program changes that. A portion of every eligible residential settlement now flows straight to that month's local charity partner, chosen through a mix of staff, agent and community nominations. No separate fundraising drive, no extra admin. Just the work our team is already doing, turned into something that lasts well beyond settlement day.

How it works

For every eligible residential settlement across our Boyne Tannum and Gladstone offices, three simple contributions add up.

  • $100 from the selling agent

  • $150 from the agency

= $250 per settlement, to the month's cause

This applies to residential and commercial settlements during the program's active months, July to November and February to June. Land sales are currently excluded.

Charity of the month

Rotom Number 7 - Camp Quality Escarpade

This October, we're getting behind local team Rotom number 7 as they take on the Camp Quality esCarpade, a seven day driving adventure from the Sunshine Coast to Tweed Heads, raising awareness and funds to bring positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer.

Every month, 64 kids are diagnosed with cancer. For 40 years, Camp Quality has worked to improve the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer and their families, supporting children aged 0 to 15 facing their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent or carer, every step of the way. Last year, Camp Quality supported 1 in 3 kids diagnosed with cancer. Their goal is to help them all.
