Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.  Eligibility: To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must list their property with LJ Hooker by June 30th, 2025.

2.  Minimum Listing Period: By entering the giveaway, participants agree that their property must remain listed with LJ Hooker for a minimum of 90 days from the date of listing.

3. Entry Method:  Entry into the giveaway is automatic upon the successful listing of the property with LJ Hooker within the promotional period.

4. Prize: The prize consists of a luxury holiday to Heron Island valued at $3000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of listing.

6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.  Disqualification: LJ Hooker reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

9. Acceptance of Terms:  By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
